I was sat at the side of the street, reading my paper...

... when a black Vauxhall Vectra (I think) covered in stickers of various cities, and with what looked like a Google Street View camera set-up on top drove past playing Dire Straits, rather loud.

This isn't the one, but it was like it, only I don't think Google was written on it... (and the camera paraphernalia was a bit different...)
